Our best wishes to you and your family as you go through this time! How terrible! How serious!

Here near Lansing, MI, we still have power, but the winds have been incredible! I've been concerned that the windows would break from the wind, and I keep watching the storm warnings to see if we should go in the basement. We dropped 40 degrees last evening! Kamil was heading home from Andrews Univ (2 1/2 hrs) and said the roads were very dangerous (ice and wind) and he thankfully finally decided to get off the road and spend the night in Kalamazoo (1/2 way home). It's still very windy, but apparently the storm warning ends in one hour and starts again tonight through Friday night, in which we should get 6 inches of snow.

May God be very near right now during your power outage! That is INDEED serious!
