I am so happy to see everything coming along so well. Everyone is participating in the songs selection, and hopefully by Sunday night we'll have a final list, and we can work from there.

So, in order to plan further, I've decided to delegate different responsibilites, according to your Gifts and Talents. Please, start brainstorming and if you'd like you can start preparing and planning, we'll be looking forward to hear what the plans are, and we'll probably devote a lot of time to make sure everyone is helping where needed. If you are assigned a responsibility, it doesn't mean that you're in it all by yourself. You just have to be responsible that people are doing what they are suppose to do for you.

**Worships can be done by anyone, but you are responsible for making sure someone IS doing a worship.

If any of you don't feel comfortable in your position, please express yourself, and we can consider re-assigning your duty to someone else. Also, if there are any responsibilities, that I failed to assign, feel free to add them to this list.

Also, if you would like to help out in some areas you are not a coordinator of, step up, and get involved. E.g. if you'd like to do a worship one night or morning, call or email Andrew or Kamil and they will schedule you on their list. Also, I will encourage you to utilize our calendar, so if we know worships are going to be at 7 p.m. (just an example!), then you can put down Worship and the name of the person speaking that night. Right before the trip we will print out those calendars as a guideline and a reminder. So, don't be afraid to use it. It will be a helpful tool.

I hope all this is not too confusing, actually I am hoping it will bring little organization into our planning.
