ONCE in a LIFETIME

Hi everyone,

Happy delayed Valentine :)

I was thinking about the phrase in the title. . . and from time to time we will have to re-focus on that phrase. . . Once in a lifetime. . .

It may not happen again, our mom may not live to see it. . .

This opportunity we are willing to create TOGETHER is indeed unique. We are saying that this is primarily for our mom. . . but I think it is going to be a blessing for each one of us.

Our ancestors have a history of not getting along. But, what do we have that they didn't have? An ability and willingness to pray for one another. We are all Bible believing families, husbands and wives, who can pray. Joel Osteen often exhorts his congregation to stop the "curse" and turn it to a "blessing". We are a large family and we are bound to have disagreements, misunderstandings, or misinterpretations. . . But, how we deal with them is what we leave behind for others to see.

I want to pledge to do anything to make this project happen. I know, I have caused some grief to many of you over the years, and if it will make it easier I am willing to talk about it when you are ready. . . But let nothing to stop this project that will bring our families together.

Eva wrote about the prayer conference once a week. I am all for it, and someone should co-ordinate, but are we ready for it?

I have been thinking for a while about a little different approach.

There are 7 children and 7 days in a week :) Why don't we assign each day for one sibling and pray for their spouse/boyfriend, families on both sides, children, work, etc. God can work on our hearts to bring us closer to each other. . .

OK, the week starts on Sunday and the oldest one is Rene. . . using a logic with simplicity

Sunday Rene
Monday Renata
Tuesday Zigi
Wednesday Zuzka
Thursday Kamil
Friday Ika
Saturday Eva

our parents will be prayed for daily :)

I am still very much excited about this project. . .

Zigi
